First and foremost Happy 17th Birthday to myself. Presents??? Nope I dun receive any but it's ok. It is not a "must" thing. But I think god is the one who give me my present. I had gotten a job at Seoul Garden. It is da best present that I had ever received so far.
Anyway, I enjoyed working there even though it is my first day. The environment is very cheerful and enjoyable. Everyone work together as a team. Sounds familiar right? Yes it sounds like my past SJAB life. We work together towards the motto of "One 4 all, all 4 one". There, I work as a runner. The name itself sounds bizarre. Let alone the job scope itself.
Basically what I have to do is to collect all the washed cutlaries to their appropriate place and to top-up food when they run out. Simple but yet tiring. It is like a mad house. What's more during peak periods. We as stuff are always looking forward for the restaurant to close.
I made alot of friends from both genders. The are friendly people and able to accept new comers. They are not stingy to teach new comers the procedures. Furthemore, I willing to learn new skills so it's fit's the whole thing. For break time we dun have to worry cause food will be provided.
Before we went home, there is like a briefing, in my school they call it the"OHMS", riversidians will know what I mean. Following that we get to eat the leftover buffet. That alone really help to cut down on my expenses. That's great you know. After that we go home together. Since today is my birthday, it's ok right to make a birthday wish??? Ok... I wish that I get to work here long enough. Secondly, get to meet all my sjab frens, seniors, ms ong and to go out with them. Thirdly, to get good "o" level results and lastly, to go to a good polytechnic. Insyallah......(Imagine a cake with seventeen lighted candles on it) Pho..... Ok I blow it already. He...he...
